  Thoroughly enjoy the staff and the people who go there. Everyone is so nice and willing to help. I watched a video of Tryon Health and Fitness and it looked so much brighter and newer than it looks now. I think it might be time for a face-lift. It is rather dark inside and could use some uplifting pictures and music to motivate! This club does a great job of catering to the senior crowd and they offer lots of classes geared towards them like Chair Yoga and a great overall stretching class mostly done sitting down but not as much interesting new stuff for a little bit younger crowd. I would love it if they offered a young personal trainer with lots of energy to fire us up! Overall a nice quiet gym with nice people. Just needs some TLC and some Vitamin C!!!
